Located in a very unique nautical setting with a serene riverside view of the rising and falling tides, The Port Gastro Pub is where you can go to enjoy the Annapolis Valley’s only microbrewery – East Coast Living Magazine named our Rojo Mojo Red Ale the best in Atlantic Canada – or just to sit, relax and enjoy the friendly atmosphere.
We are locally owned and operated, and strong advocates for the use of fresh, local and in-season ingredients. Try them out in our Porter Cheddar Soup, Lamb Burger and Grilled Vegetable Ciabatta Sandwich.

The oceanside view of surf and sand is delicious … the food amazing. Dine inside or outside on the Grill’s all-weather covered deck. Purchased by Canadian entertainer Rita MacNeil in her hometown in 1982, Rita’s Tea Room and Gift Shop has been open since June of 1989, but the original one-room schoolhouse dates back to the ‘30s. Renovated and expanded in 1998, Rita’s Tea Room has welcomed countless visitors who have stopped by to say hello and enjoy a cup of tea. Open seasonally, it offers warm hospitality, home-baked goodies, full lunch, a light dinner menu and, of course, a good cup of tea!
