2 lbs Indian Point Mussels
1/4 cup capers
1/2 diced red onion
2 tbsp olive oil
2 stalks green onion chopped
1/4 cup L’Acadie Blanc wine
juice & zest of 2 lemons
1 tbsp honey
salt & pepper to taste

Special thanks to all of our Taste members (Mallett’s Gourmet, Bonny Lea Farm, Trattoria Della Nonna, Just Us!, Glenora Distillery, Acadian Maple Products and Ryan Duffy’s), staff and their families that volunteered to sort food at the Feed Nova Scotia food bank last Saturday. Chef Tommy Klauber, proprietor of Polo Grill and Bar in Florida was in Halifax for the International Culinary Tourism World Summit in September. As a guest chef, he was asked to create a Nova Scotia-inspired dish with an international flare.
