Prepare your taste buds for a Nova Scotia kitchen party! Sip n’ Shuck is an evening featuring Nova Scotia aquaculture products prepared in standard, not so standard, and unimaginably delicious ways. In addition to seafood, award wining Nova Scotia wines are being poured.

Learn how to shuck an oyster and receive wine pairing tips from a sommelier, while enjoy familiar tunes by the Jeff Goodspeed Trio. If you enjoy Nova Scotia’s incredibly fresh aquaculture products paired with our unique wines, then this event is for you.

1 lb Louisbourg Seafoods lobster meat
½ cup chopped watermelon
½ cup peeled, deseeded, chopped cucumber
½ leek cut in julienne
2 shallots peeled and diced
2 gloves garlic chopped
300 ml grape seed oil
