Why not stay the night? Parrsboro has some of the most beautiful scenery and heritage in  the province. We have decided to team up with The Maple Inn and The Gillespie House Inn as well as the Davison’s Pancake House to offer you a memorable experience.

Although these accommodations usually provide breakfast, we have decided to give them the day off and include breakfast for you at Davison’s Pancake House instead, where you will be joined by some of the chefs from the night before and will include a tour of the maple producing facilities.

For $199.99 per person you can visit beautiful Parrsboro, NS, home of the highest tides in the world, check into one of the participating accommodations and then head to Bare Bones Bistro – where we will take you on a culinary journey showcasing some of the finest maple syrup (and chefs) the province has to offer. Keep in mind folks, just because maple syrup is being incorporated doesn’t mean everything will be sweet.

The next day, head to Davison’s Pancake House where you will settle in to the rustic log cabin environment and enjoy a breakfast fit for a king. Breakfast will include fresh fluffy pancakes (blueberry or plain) ham, sausage, maple bologna and fresh baked beans. This sugar shack boasts a rustic feel with home-cooked food and a maple production facility on site.

So make your plans and don’t miss out on this one of a kind experience in beautiful downtown Parrsboro.
