Cedar Bay Salmon can be found at Sobeys, Superstore, Clearwater, Masstown Market as well as local farmers’ markets.

    Thanks for you question. Superstore/Provigo in Quebec are only carrying Cedar Bay products from April – September. It will be back in the stores in April 2011.

    Is it the same for southern ontario great canadian superstores? I am enjoying the last sugar and spice cedar plank salmon available in our store. Very good, easy to prepare, consistant quality. I hope I might try some of your other varieties this spring.

    Since January 1st I have been telling any one who would listen how great your salmon, and Shrimp dinners are….just enjoyed another salmon with my husband and we love them. Only place we seem to be able to get them are Giant Tiger. Are they available any where else?

    This planked salmon is absolutely delicious. It is moist, tender, flakey and the various rubs impart a variety of flavours that compliment this salmon wonderfully. 5 thumbs up for this company and its innovative products.

    Holy SMACK that Salmon is good!!  Wife and I just finished an Applewood with Orange and Ginger plank (AMAZING), and the Cedar wrapped salmon with sugar and spice (extra AMAZING).  So here I am looking for somewhere to brag this product up.  I have tried a lot of Salmon, and can only echo the comments of others.  Just delicious…Thumps way up!!!

    I picked up four of these at the Superstore a couple of months ago. I just found them in the freezer and decided to cook them. Fantastic! I can’t believe I waited so long. I love the fact that they are so easy, so yummy and local!

    I saw the product “salmon on a cedar plank” and instantly thought no!  But then looked at the price. It was on sale, so I got one. Applewood and orange ginger. I didnt realize that the serving was actually on a cedar plank!! I think it could have used just a bit more flavoring, but overall it was really really good! I will definately  purchase it again. Would like to try  a different flavor next time.
