Nestled among five acres of groomed parkland, on the shore of beautiful Lake Thomas, the Inn captures both the charm of a French-style country retreat and the ambience of a luxury hotel. Menu items follow a seasonal theme and give emphasis to Nova Scotia traditions. Fresh locally grown produce is used in many entrée items, enhancing the flavours of our seafood, chicken, steak and pasta dishes. Guests can choose from an array of mouthwatering items such as the Inn’s fantastic Scotch Salmon, made from fresh Atlantic salmon. The only thing that rivals the food is the attentiveness and friendliness of our welcoming staff.
