Once the product is received at our plant, we pack to individual customer specifications. Depending on your needs and end use, product can be blast frozen, plate frozen, or individually frozen. Our products are 100% natural, with no chemical additives, and unlike some processors, we do not soak our products. Any glaze of I.Q.F product, either fish or scallop, is compensated for by packing overweight. Some customers prefer that we pack product under their own label; this we are able and pleased to do.
