The dining room at Cabot is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week during the golf season (April 26th – late-October).

Sherbrooke village sits astride the beautiful St. Mary’s River in eastern Nova Scotia. The river has long been a popular destination for salmon anglers from around the world; it’s also the ancestral home of the Cameron family.

St. Mary’s uses both cold smoking and hot smoking techniques with our smokers to produce a variety of award-winning smoked salmon products in an array of formats and pack sizes.

From our Cold Smoked Nova Scotia Sliced Smoked Salmon to our Famous Oven Smoked Salmon Strips we provide a variety of tasty treats. Available at all major retailers in Canada and also at our plant in Sherbrooke.

Halifax’s only exclusively vegetarian/vegan restaurant, Heartwood offers “Natural” food prepared and served as close to its whole, unadulterated state as possible. We lovingly offer the highest quality ingredients available, selecting ingredients that are local and organically grown whenever we can. We bake our own famous sourdough bread, grow our own sprouts and generally rock a green vibe. Our menu is predominantly vegan, wheat and gluten-free. Morris East is a creative, neighborhood restaurant in downtown Halifax. Our delicious gourmet pizzas are baked in a wood-fired oven shipped from Naples which burns premium orchard apple wood from the Annapolis Valley.

With a focus on seasonally fresh ingredients, regulars to the intimate 37-seat eatery will note that the menu changes all the time, depending on what comes available at the farmers’ market: Pizzas with peach, prosciutto and goat cheese one month, followed by pear, walnut and crispy sage the next. 

Also a hot spot for seasonally-inspired cocktails, great desserts like the salted caramel tart, special lunch and brunch menus.  Take out is also available.
